Overview
Our key department, the Water Resources and Compliance, carries out projects and research on water quality, surface and groundwater. Researches also include hydro-meteorological, hydro-informatics and water conservation aspects in the subcatchment.
UMSCC engages in various water resources related projects. Currently, a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU), exists between Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI) that donates and drills boreholes to the underprivileged. The MOU entails that KFHI donates boreholes to the underpriviledged communities in Upper Manyame Subcatchment.
