Upper Manyame Sub Catchment Council which is under the Ministry of Environment, Water and Climate works with key stakeholders such as
- Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA)
- Environmental Management Agency (EMA)
- Local Authorities (Urban and Rural District Councils)
- Universities
UMSCC works with other key stakeholders including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) such as Medecins Sans Frontiers-Belgium (MSF-B) and Korea Food for the Hungry (KFH) which are involved in WASH and other sustainable livelihood programs for vulnerable communities.
