DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: –

  1. Filing of documents
  2. Issuing of stationery and assisting in maintaining the stationery register
  3. Issuing office consumables and maintaining the register
  4. Assisting in asset management
  5. Assisting in vehicle maintenance
  6. Assisting in updating employee records.
  7. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
  8. Studying towards Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication
  10. Ability to work with minimum supervision
    Computer literacy
